The Prime Minister designate Vlad Filat must present the government program to Parliament by April 25, 17.30, Speaker Marian Lupu told the journalists, IPN reports.
“If the law says that the candidate designate must come to Parliament in 15 days, two possible variants can be deduced logically. The first is that the 15-day period expires on April 25, 17.30. An alternative appears only if the candidate withdraws. Thus, the candidate must present the program in Parliament by April 25. Otherwise, the law is broken and I will not allow this,” said Marian Lupu.
He also said that the negotiations on the formation of the new Government go on, but he will pronounce on their quality later.
