The current and future employees of Mobiasbanca – Groupe Société Générale and students of some of the education institutions will be able to enrich their knowledge through a series of activities at a training center that was opened by the bank on March 18, IPN reports.

In the opening ceremony, the bank’s president Ridha Tekaia said this center represents a branch school that will enable to transmit knowledge and skills to employees so as to increase their professionalism and the level of satisfying clients’ needs. The development of the human resources is a priority for the bank’s administration and the opening of the center represents an important step in this direction.

The head of the bank’s Human Resources Department Petru Delinschi said the inauguration of this center will contribute to improving the quality of the services and products offered by Mobiasbanca. The center will train the future employees of the bank who are often not confident when they are being employed and are frustrated when they sit face to face with the client. Real situations will be simulated at the center and the employees will be taught how to react.

The training courses will also involve experienced employees who were absent from work for a period, like those who return after caring for the small child. The students of the institutions with which the bank has established partnerships will also receive training at the center where 72 persons can be trained simultaneously.

Attending the event, the Ambassador of France in Chisinau Pascal Vagogne said each bank has its own personality and own priorities. In this case the priority is the education and training and it is very important for the quality to be kept at a high level. The center offers new chances for the employees and shows the bank’s openness to other institutions that will be able to use the center’s offices within partnerships.
