The Government will allocate 100,000 lei from its reserve fund for the family of the firefighter who died in the line on duty in the storehouse fire on Uzinelor St in Chisinau. Another six injured firemen will receive by 10,000 lei, IPN reports.

Prime Minister Pavel Filip said the documents for conferring the highest military order on the fireman posthumously are already available.

The storehouse located at 9 Uzinelor St caught fire last week. The causes are not yet known. The building burned for 31 hours. A fireman died. Human remains were found in the building one day after the fire was extinguished. Presumably, these belong to the 44-year-old woman who was allegedly in the burning building.
