The Chisinau road maintenance company “Exdrupo” last weekend washed about 20 streets in Chisinau. The company’s head Efim Cheptanari has told IPN that they wash first the main arteries in the districts of Chisinau.

The streets are cleaned mechanically and then washed. Until now the works had been performed during the day and at night. But, owing to the heavy traffic, it was decided to do the works only at night.

The road workers plan to wash all the streets used by the public units of transport, said Efim Cheptanari.
