Twenty-four young people entered the Managerial Art Championship held in Chisinau between November 7 and 8. Only 12 of them will go through to the final. One winner will be selected in the end, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Senior coach Olga Nisenboim said the participants will have to show that they know to how to achieve their goal in a managerial conflict situation. By two participants will sit face to face and try to emerge victorious in a conflict situation. Before the ‘battle’, every participant is assigned a role and there is set the goal. The competition has two stages.
“The participation in the championship will enable the beginner-managers to gain experience in coping with very tough negotiations held in difficult conditions,” said Alexandru Bejenari, director general of the PR agency Parc Communication.
Olga Cazlova, one of the participants, said that she trained a lot for this championship. “I graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies. I came here to show my managerial abilities. I am a little bit nervous, but I think I will like it.”
The jury is composed of nine persons, who are managers of the largest companies in Moldova. Two grants to study at the Moscow Business School were offered at the third edition held last year.
