According to Emergencies Service spokeswoman Liliana Puscasu, 24 units of transport are engaged in the works. About 500 people, 24 trucks of the local public administration and 34 units of transport of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, the Ministry of Defense and the Carabineer Troops are involved in the work to reinforce the levees in the villages Gotesti, Gheltosu and Tiganca.
