The state of health of dozens of patients who are treated gratis at the Chisinau-based medical center “Innophar Mo” is in danger, informed the institution’s manager Tatiana Rotaru, who was suspended from post. In a news conference on Monday, Tatiana Rotaru said the patients’ treatment can be interrupted owing to a raider attack staged by foreigners in complicity with the Moldovan justice, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Tatiana Rotaru said the medical center “Innophar Mo” is a joint Moldovan-German company. 50% of the investments were made by a German cofounder that owns a company in Germany, through which the medical center in Moldova was financed and supplied with medicines by Belgian donors.
In June yet, the German cofounder stopped the transfers to Moldova. Even so, the center continued to treat the patients with the company’s money. Tatiana Rotaru said that in this period the German cofounder was unavailable. On October 13, the Botanica Court ordered blocking the company’s accounts and naming another manager. The decision was appealed to the Chisinau Court of Appeals, which ruled unblocking the account and keeping two managers.
“I though the problem was solved, but I had a new surprise on December 7. I understood that in fact it was a raider attack scheme. A person came to the hearing with a delay of one hour and a half, saying he was the lawyer of the German citizen. He brought the judgment of the Centru Court, whereby I was suspended from post. The decision was to be implemented without delay,” said Tatiana Rotaru.
The reason invoked for suspending her was the fact that the general assemblies of founders hadn’t been held. Tatiana Rotaru said the accusations are false and are aimed at removing her from the company because the German partner wants to be the only founder and join his company with the company in Moldova.
Irina Prascurchin, chief accountant of the medical center “Innophar Mo”, said she was forced by the German cofounder to pass on the computer passwords and the rest of the documents to him and leave the office. The founder refused to invite a witness to the goods transfer process. According to the women, some of the data may have been changed.
Tatiana Rotaru said she intends to file a complaint to the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Council of Magistrates against the judges took those decisions, which she consider illegal.
According to Tatiana Rotaru, a total of €30,000 was invested in the company whose turnover over the first ten months of the year came to 7 million lei.
