The snow from all the main streets in the capital city was cleaned and the roads are travelable. The road workers started to remove the snow at 6am. A number of 22 special vehicles are spreading antiskid material, the Chisinau City Hall has said in a communiqué, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. The public transport works according to the program of an ordinary day. As many as 258 trolleybuses, 96 buses and about 1 800 minibuses are now running on routes. At 6am, 450 road sweepers of the Public Amenities Division started to sweep the sidewalks. The municipal services are monitoring the situation. The Chisinau City Hall calls on the drivers to park the vehicles legally so as to allow the snowplows to work. The economic entities and private housing stock managers are asked to clean the areas in front of their offices and near the apartment buildings they administer.
