The invalids with the fist disability degree who didn’t yet receive the lump sum offered on the World Disability Day that is marked on December 3 can take it by February 15. The allowance is 350 lei, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Chisinau City Hall specifies in a communiqué that this allowance is given to recipients of disability pensions and to persons with the first disability degree who didn’t receive financial assistance last year. The persons who meet the enumerated criteria can receive the allowance at the branches of Banca de Economii until February 15.
