Command and tactics drills will take place in Goian village on March 1. The detachment with special destination “Pantera”, the Guard, Supervision and Escort Troops Division, and some of the penitentiaries located in the central districts will show how they would intervene in mass riots in jails, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Department of Penitentiary Institutions, an exercise will be staged to liquidate mass rioting and disorder, arrest detainees who attempted escape, release the hostages, and organize an ambush for the forced detention of units of transport and offenders. The event will be attended by Minister of Justice Oleg Efrim and the director of the Department of Penitentiary Institutions Veaceslav Ceban.
