Founder of American “Cornerstone Arts” theater, director Richard Montes, in premiere, will stage a play in Moldova, titled “Refugiul”/”The Refuge”, based on facts. The play will be performed by local artists, reports Info-Prim Neo.
According to the director, the preparations for the play are in full motion, along with actor auditions. The play will gather 45 Moldovan artists – 25 women, 15 men, and 5 children.
“This play tells the touching story of two sisters from the Netherlands. At the beginning of WWII they shelter several Jews, for which they are sent off to a concentration camp.
