The suspended director of the National Standardization and Metrology Institute Igor Caldare sued the head of the Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime Viorel Chetraru and claims damages of 169 300 lei from him, Info-Prim Neo reports. Igor Caldare took legal action against Viorel Chetraru because he named him “dull” and said that he needs psychological assistance. Igor Caldare asked the court to defend his honor, dignity and professional reputation. He also demanded that the denigrating information spread by Viorel Chetraru is refuted.
