Biotex-Com is not guilty, Supreme Court of Justice
The Supreme Court of Justice denies the information about SRL Biotex-Com presented by the Prosecutor General's Office (PG), Info-Prim Neo reports.
The PG earlier issued a communique, saying it identified serious deviations from the legislation committed when Moldsilva Forestry Agency leased out wooded land to Biotex-Com.
According to the prosecutors, Biotex-Com illegally erected a number of buildings and set up a pheasant farm and a fish pond. It also fenced the place with barbed wire, banning access to that land.
In reply, the Supreme Court of Justice said Biotex Com had all the necessary construction authorizations and approvals and fenced the place legally as this is an obligation for lessees of wood for hunting.
The Court also said the company rents only the Tiganca and Rotunda wooded areas that belong to the Ivancea Forest Company and no other woods as the PG said in its communique
The Economic Court of Appeals and the Economic Panel of the Supreme Court of Justice rejected the lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office against SRL Biotex-Com.
