Buiucani Court bomb alert was false

Update /14:57/ : The bomb alert at the Buiucani branch of the Chisinau Court turned out to be false. After checks no explosive object was found. The information was confirmed to IPN by Svetlana Scripnic, press officer of the capital's Police Directorate.

According to the legislation, the person guilty of "knowingly lying about the terrorist act" risks a fine of up to 42 500 lei, unpaid community service from 180 to 240 hours or up to two years in prison.

Original news: Bomb alert at the Buiucani branch of the Chisinau Court, where a new hearing is taking place today in the criminal case in which bascana Evghenia Gutul and Svetlana Popa are accused of illegal party financing.
