As of April 1, the Customer Support Service of the Public Services Agency will no longer offer advisory services in the cadastral field. These will be provided by the Real Estate Cadaster, exclusively by telephone, IPN reports.

Cadastral documents will be issued exclusively at the local cadastral services.

Exceptions are the municipality of Chisinau, Criuleni district and Șoldănești district, where cadastral documents will continue to be issued at the multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency.

For any questions regarding the cadaster of real estate, people are urged to contact the public institution " Real Estate Cadaster” on 0 (800) 00003.

According to the Government's decision, starting with January 3, 2024, the field of real estate cadaster was taken over by the Real Estate Cadaster from the Public Services Agency.
