Chisinau-Antalya flight delayed for seven hours
A number of 160 passengers of the Chisinau-Antalya flight have waited for the plane to take off for seven hours. The reason for the delay was a fault identified in one of the engines of Air Moldova’s Airbus 320.
Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, Ghenadie Celac, Air Moldova official in charge of public relations, said the technicians detected the glitch while preparing the aircraft for the flight. He also said that during the seven hours the passengers had been provided with free food and soft drinks by the airline.
The plane was to take off from the Chisinau International Airport at 6.00. The other Airbus 320 of the company was yet able to leave for Antalya at 13.11.
