The second Cup of the Justice Minister takes place in Chisinau on September 26. The competition’s goal is to increase the level of military-applicative training and the reaction capacities of special crisis intervention units by forming and continually improving specialists’ skills, IPN reports.

The Ministry of Justice said the event will involve employees of the special intervention units of the authorities dealing with the prevention and combating of illicit acts. The competition is also aimed at developing the special reaction aptitude of the employees of special subdivisions and at identifying the best prepared participants.

The events include complex timed exercises that allow determining the organizational and teamworking capacities. The competition consists of several stages held consecutively such as movement by azimuth, finding of information in hidden places, shooting drills and alpinism elements.

The event is held in the center of the cultural-natural reserve “Orheiul Vechi”, near the Raut River, in Butuceni village of Orhei district, starting at 2pm.
