Directors of international civil aviation organizations will come together in Chisinau on August 30 for the 62nd special meeting of directors general of the European Civil Aviation Conference. According to a communiqué from the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure, the directors will discuss the challenges and development prospects in the field.

Over 80 high-ranking officials from the civil aviation area from the EU, Eastern Europe, Asia and the U.S. are expected to come to Chisinau.

The European Civil Aviation Conference is an intergovernmental organization founded in 1954, under the aegis of the Council of Europe and the International Civil Aviation Organization. It now brings together 38 member states.
