The project to restore the facades and reconstruct the roof of the Chisinau City Hall will be thought up by the Municipal Designing Institute “Chisinau-Proiect”, which won the January 11 public bidding, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the municipal administration.

The Chisinau City Hall will pay slightly over 1 million lei for designing the project. The bidders had to have at least seven years’ experience in the field and minimum three similar projects implemented during the last seven years and to also present the list of experts proposed for performing designing activities.

The execution project must be ready in ten months. The bidding involved two companies.

The building of the City Hall is a national historical and architectural monument was included in the Register of State Protected Monuments of the Republic of Moldova.
