Avia Invest, the company administering the Chisinau International Airport, announced several musical and culinary surprise for the airport's passengers during the winter holidays. On December 24, 25, 29 and 30, and January 5 and 6, both departing and arriving passengers will receive sweets, IPN reports.

Today, December 24, the festive period will be opened with Christmas carols sang by a children's choir, while the youngest passengers will receive special presents.

On each of the announced days, the departing passengers will receive, after passing the customs control, photos taken on a special decorated background. The public will be entertained by Santa and live music.

Avia Invest will also offer the passengers the chance to sent Christmas cards to their families at home via Santa's mail. They will only have to write a message on a postcard and fill in the address in Moldova where it should be delivered, then put the postcard in the Christmas-decorated mailbox. Avia Invest will then sent them to their destination via Posta Moldovei.
