Those who will want to obtain a driver’s license will be exempted from the obligation to present a series of documents that were mandatory until now. These are the document about the modification of personal data, the contravention file to show lack of bans on driving and the copy of the identity card, IPN reports.

The Public Services Agency said that according to the changes made by the Government, this information will be checked through the agency of state information systems.

The new regulations provide that the exams for obtaining a driver’s license will be annulled if it is ascertained that the examiner told the correct answers to the theoretical test to the applicant or when the examined candidate is helped by another person to take the theoretical test.

The exam will also be annulled if the examiner ignores the violations committed by the examined candidate while taking the driving test or the examiner tells the candidate to do maneuvers that violate the road traffic rules.

The international driver’s license will be issued based on the national driver’s license with the status “Valid” for a period of up to three years, on condition that this period does not exceed the period of validity of the national driver’s license.
