The e-Parliament system will be implemented by the middle of 2019. The Parliament’s Standing Bureau approved the implementation stages of the three components: the electronic circulation of documents, the electronic voting and the legislature’s new site.

A task force will be created, composed of Parliament Secretariat staff, to coordinate with the developer company the work on the new system.

The e-Parliament system is implemented with the financial support of the Swedish Government and UNDP. The developer is a Macedonian company selected through a contest conducted by UNDP. During discussions with Speaker Andrian Candu, the company announced that it would present an action plan in August and starting September work proper will begin to develop the platform.
