Chisinau's Cleaning Service collects more and more garbage after the celebrations in the Great National Assembly Square. Its manager Eliferie Haruta has told Info-Prim Neo that, after the City Day, the cleaners gathered some 150 tonnes of refuse from the capital's downtown. According to Haruta, the cleaners have collected the waste from 5.00 a.m. till 2.00 p.m. Tuesdsay. Haruta says more garbage has been collected this time than after the previous celebrations, as the City Day in 2007. At the same time, the manager of another cleaning service, Autosalubritate, Tudor Maniv, says as manmy as 470 s.m. of garbage from containers has been collected on Stefan cel Mare avenue. After the celebrations dedicated to the Wine Day on October 11- 12, as many as 100 tonnes of refuse were gathered.
