Vadim Cojocaru, a former adviser to the mayor general of Chisinau municipality on public order and security matters, was appointed as vice director of the National Anticorruption Center (CNA). The decision was taken by Parliament by a majority of votes on April 18, IPN reports.
Vadim Cojocaru was proposed by the CNA director Viorel Chetraru.
In 2009, Vadim Cojocaru served as director general of the Department of Penitentiary Institutions.
