A fire broke out this morning, December 9, in a marketplace on Alba Iulia street, in the Buiucani sector of the capital. The flames partially destroyed three kiosks.

Diana Turcan, press officer of the Civil Protection and Emergency Service, told IPN that the fire fighters were alerted at 6.11 in the morning by the guardian of the marketplace. When the fire fighters arrived, three kiosks of 9 square meters each were burning.

No one was hurt in the fire. The exact cause is yet to be established.
