A flight to Chisinau was cancelled, with another one was redirected Wednesday owing to the unfavorable weather conditions. Officials of the Chisinau International Airport said no other cancellations are expected today as the runway was cleaned, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the head of the Airport’s marketing division Galina Telpiz, the Wednesday flight from Vienna to Chisinau was cancelled, while the flight from Turkey to Chisinau was redirected to the Anatolian peninsula because of the heavy snow. No flights to and from Chisinau have been cancelled this morning. “We are prepared and have all the necessary equipment. The decisions about takeoffs and landings are taken by the airlines,” said Galina Telpiz.
