The daily food allowances for participants in school Olympiads will be raised twofold. The Cabinet on Wednesday approved relevant amendments to the regulations concerning the support for gifted students, IPN reports.
For the district/municipal and zonal stages, there will be allocated up to 60 lei for each student, while for the national stage – up to 120 lei.
About 540,000 lei will be allocated from the state budget for providing food allowances to about 3,700 participants in 2l national contests and Olympiads.
