The Government will be exempted from publishing laws, decisions, presidential decrees, judgments by the Constitutional Court and other official documents on its website. A legislative proposal to this effect was adopted by Parliament in its sitting on February 15, IPN reports.
While presenting the bill, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice Nicolae Esanu said the publication of official documents on the Government’s website is not sufficient in the absence of a sustainable search engine. Nicolae Esanu assured that the exemption from publishing official documents does not mean that these will not be published. These will continue to be published in the Official Gazette, which is the only official source, and on the informative platform lex.justice.md.
So far, the Government was obliged to publish on its website the laws promulgated by the President, Parliament decisions, presidential decrees, Government decisions and orders, Constitutional Court and Court of Auditors documents, regulations of the central specialty bodies of the public administration, National Bank of Moldova and of the National Commission for Financial Markets.
