Prosecutors officially charged Ion Sholtoianu with murdering former policeman Ion Stratulat. The Prosecutor General’s Office issued a warrant for placing Sholtoianu under arrest for 30 days, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the institution.
