A 39-year-old man died Sunday night after the car he was travelling in as a passenger crashed into a roadside parked trailer in Donduseni district.

A spokesperson for the Donduseni Police told IPN a call came in at around 10PM from a Cernoleuca village resident about a car crash near a filling station.

The car was driven by a 32-year-old man and he had two passengers, 32 and 39, both Donduseni residents. The survivors where rushed to the district hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

An investigation is ongoing to see why the driver lost control over his vehicle and establish other circumstances.
