The Moldconstruct International Specialized Exhibition brings together over 160 participants from Moldova, Italy, Romania, and Ukraine in Chisinau, making it a key event in the country’s construction, energy, and real estate sectors. This year's theme is "Building a Sustainable Moldova!" The exhibition, inaugurated today, highlights innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies that will contribute to sustainable infrastructure development, IPN reports.
Over the course of four days, visitors will explore the latest trends in construction, energy efficiency, and the real estate market, with a strong focus on modern and eco-friendly solutions.
The Moldconstruct International Exhibition for Technologies, Equipment, Tools, and Construction Materials has been held regularly in Moldova since 1995. Over the years, more than 2,200 companies from countries such as Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, and Germany have showcased innovative construction solutions, state-of-the-art equipment, and high-quality materials.
The event has become a significant platform for exchanging ideas and establishing new economic partnerships, both nationally and internationally.
Zinaida Popa, interim director of Moldexpo Center, expressed her enthusiasm: "I have built houses from scratch, completed numerous renovations, and I am truly delighted that Moldova continues to host such a well-established exhibition in this field." She emphasized that Moldconstruct offers a unique opportunity for the construction sector to explore new technologies and adopt modern solutions to address current challenges.
Carolina Novac, State Secretary at the Ministry of Energy, highlighted the significant progress in the energy sector, stating: "In recent years, the Government of Moldova has transformed the energy sector, with renewable energy capacity increasing eightfold in the past five years."
Lucia Arseni, Deputy Director of the National Center for Sustainable Energy, stressed the importance of innovation and public-private partnerships in achieving a sustainable energy sector.
Moldconstruct also serves as a platform for seminars and roundtable discussions, where participants engage in the latest trends and solutions in construction and energy. The event aims to promote modern techniques, attract investments, and facilitate new business relationships in Moldova’s construction sector.
The Real Estate Salon has been relaunched, featuring new real estate projects, attractive financial solutions, and investment opportunities.
The event is open to the public until April 6, and organizers invite visitors to discover new opportunities in the construction and energy industries.
