The Chisinau City Hall will inform the State Construction Inspectorate about an unauthorized construction located on Timis St, not far from the Green Theater in “Valea Morilor” Park. The owner of the construction will be summoned to a working meeting of the municipality that will center on the created situation, Info-Prim Neo reports. The PR Division of the Chisinau City Hall provided details about this case. According to it, the plot on which the construction was erected is private and is situated outside “Valea Morilor” Park. The plot is located in the residential area of Centru district. The construction works started without an authorization. On December 30, 2011 the Chisinau City Hall issued an urbanism certificate for designing an individual house in accordance with the approved design sketch. According to the urbanism certificate, the owner was to obtain the authorization needed to cut the trees growing on the plot before the initiation of the construction works.
