The Chisinau Electric Transport Company will put a new type of annual season tickets for trips by trolleybuses within the municipality of Chisinau on January 1, 2015. A decision to this effect was taken by the Chisinau Municipal Council on October 2, IPN reports.

The company’s head Gheorghe Morgoci argued that the used models are more often forged now. The new annual season tickets, which are provided to particular categories of population, will contain a larger number of security elements and will be red in color. Now they are blue.

Chisinau councilor Gennady Ivashchenko recommended Gheorghe Morgoci to offer discounts on season tickets so as to motivate the passengers to choose to travel by trolleybuses.
