Nine Moldovans hurt in traffic accident in Germany

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova said nine citizens of Moldova, two of whom children, were injured in a road accident near the German city Nuremberg on May 3. Those hurt were admitted to hospitals located nearby. Three of them are in a serious condition, but they are out of danger, IPN reports.

According to the Ministry, the bus that travelled to Berlin belongs to a carrier based in Iasi. The local police said the accident was the result of speeding.

Moldova’s Consulate General in Frankfurt is permanently in contact with the German authorities and is ready to provide the necessary consular assistance to the persons involved in the accident.
