Notary offices will be outfitted according to special regulations
The notaries commit themselves to creating conditions for guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of the notary documents, as stipulated in the new regulations concerning the conditions needed to outfit the notary offices approved by the executive, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The notary office must include a room where the applications are accepted and a furnished waiting room with notices with information about the notary fees and exemptions stipulated by the legislation, the payment procedure and the work timetable of the office.
The notary office must also have a room where the notary documents are drawn up and secretary work is carried out and a special room for the notary archive that would ensure the integrity of the notary documents during the period fixed by law.
The law on notary activity allows several notaries to work in one office so that the archive, waiting room and secretary’s room can be used jointly. The regulations also say that the state notary offices will be equipped from the money allocated by the Ministry of Justice.
