The publication of the secondary school graduation tests and Baccalaureate exams and of the answers to them before the examinations will be punished with a fine. A bill to introduce penalties for such violations in the Code of Administrative Offenses was passed by Parliament in the final reading by 55 votes in favor, IPN reports.

A fine of 1,000 to 3,000 lei will be imposed on private individuals, while the fine for legal entities and persons holding responsible posts will be 5,000 to 8,000 lei.

Penalties for such violations haven’t been used in Moldova so far.
