The Government initiated negotiations on the framework partnership agreement between the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family and the French Office of Immigration and Integration, IPN reports.

Given that most of the migrants who return home have qualified human potential, the reintegration assistance mechanism will contribute to putting to good use the skills gained by beneficiaries so as to help develop the native places, says the informative note to the draft decision.

The agreement is to be signed this year.
