Scholarships for tenth graders to study in US and UK
The tenth graders can apply for scholarships to study in private schools in the United States and the UK. The scholarships will be offered by a contest organized by the National League for Preuniversity Debates (LNDP) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The contest is open to students that are proficient in English, had a general mark of over 8.50 for the ninth grade and have not stayed for over two months in a foreign country.
The scholarship to study in the United States covers the study, accommodation and food expenses and the cost of the return plane ticket. The selected students will pay a tax of 1,000 USD and the cost of visa.
The scholarship to study in the UK covers the study, accommodation and food expenses. The selected students will pay a tax of 600 pounds, the cost of visa and the transport expenses.
