The drug stores of five hospitals inspected by the Pharmaceutical Inspectorate of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices are enough for a period of 30-60 days. It was established that some of the pharmaceutical products are delivered in limited quantities or are not delivered at all by economic entities for different reasons, IPN reports,

In a communique, the Agency says all the missing medical preparations are substituted with analogues of the same pharmaceutical-therapeutic group. Even if some drugs are absent from hospitals, this does not affect the treatment process, while the process of supplying drugs over the last two weeks has improved.

At end-February, inspections were carried out at the Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 1, the Cardiology Institute, the Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health, the National Clinical Hospital for Children “E. Cotaga” and the Ialoveni Distrcit Hospital.
