Three of ten officers obtain ‘Purple Beret’
Three of the ten officers of the Special Destination Detachment “Panther” won the right to wear the ‘Purple Beret’.
The ‘Purple Beret’ is a title of honor conferred on the Special Forces officers with perfect physical fitness who show willpower and perseverance.
The ten officers on October 23 covered a distance of 12 km carrying special equipment weighing 35 kilograms on them. They walked along a riverbed, climbed slopes, fought with each other and shot from the pistol. As a result, three of the 10 officers were awarded the title of honor, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Ministry of Defense.
