The National Streets and Highways Company of Romania informs that the traffic in both directions for all the categories of vehicles at three border crossing points on the Moldovan-Romanian border will be restricted from February 13, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Iasi Local Border Police Inspectorate announced in a communiqué that the customs posts Galati and Oancea in Galati county andAlbita in Vaslui county were closed. The travel restrictions were imposed owing to the unfavorable weather conditions associated with snowstorms. Until the traffic is resumed, all the vehicles are directed to the parking lots set up near border crossing points. The border police provide support to the traffic participants and, in concert with the competent authorities, intervene in emergencies.
