The hunting of wild boars is allowed between September 24 and December 4, but only in the areas managed by the Forestry Agency "Moldsilva”, IPN reports.

The wild boars can be hunted on Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays. The hunting limit this season is 201 boars. The female boars that lead the herd cannot be hunted. Hunting with dogs that are not registered in the hunter's permit is banned.

Hunting is allowed one hour before the sunrise and not later than one hour before the sunset.

The popualtion and units of transport, except for the transport used by the groups of hunters, are banned access to the hunting areas on the hunting day.

To prevent cases of poaching, the administration of "Moldsilva” calls on the popualtion to call on the hotline 022 211-311 to report suspect circumstances or persons in the forest sector.
