The National Youth Council of Moldova will stage a series of activities aimed at sensitizing the community and the authorities to the problems faced by the young people on the occasion of International Youth Day that is celebrated on August 12, IPN reports.

According to the organizers, this year’s theme of the Youth Festival is youth civic engagement. The event includes a photo exhibition, a fair of youth organizations and a concert dedicated exclusively to the young people.

The festival will take place on the Chisinau pedestrian street Diordita from 2pm until 10pm. The activities are organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the United Nations Population Fund in Moldova.
