Moldova to host tenth meeting of SEEIC Conference
The tenth plenary meeting of the South East Europe Intelligence Conference will take place in Chisinau between November 2 and 4. The Government of Moldova allocated 531,200 lei from its reserve fund for organizing the event, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The South East Europe Intelligence Conference brings together intelligence services from 10 European counties. It aims to assess the transnational insecurity factors and develop cooperation in solving problems related to the national and regional security.
The Security and Information Service of Moldova is a fully-fledged member of the SEEIC. In May 2010, it entered the Troika of the Conference and will hold this status until 2013.
