The Chisinau heat supplier Termocom SA identified new cases of illegal connection and consumption of heat from the centralized heating system, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the company, two private houses – one located on Cosbuc St in Durlesti town and another one situated on Ashabad St – were illegally connected to the heat supply. Under the legislation, the persons to blame will pay for the illegally consumed heat a tariff five times higher than the tariff used when the illegality was identified. Also, the dwellers of two apartments from Negresteni St and Vasile Lupu St paid only 15% of the heat used to heat the common areas in the building though they had heating installations connected to the centralized heating system. The payment for the illegally consumed heat will be recalculated in accordance with the law.
