“It is a terrible blunder and insolent behavior towards the people,” the leader of the PCRM Vladimir Voronin said, referring to the state budget bill and the fact that the MPs of the ruling alliance rejected all the proposals submitted by the Opposition, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vladimir Voronin told the press that all the budgetary reserves were divided between the component parties of the ruling alliance and directed to the settlements whose mayors represent these parties. The Communist leader also said that the 2011 budget adopted by the government coalition does not provide enough money to meet the needs of the districts and villages. “The people in the local elections will give marks to the parties of the alliance according to the amounts allocated from the budget,” said Vladimir Voronin. The state budget bill is to be passed by Parliament in third reading on March 31.
