Decision to register Communist Reformats Party suspended

The Chisinau Appeals Court on November 4 accepted the request of the Communist Party of Moldova (PCRM) to suspend the Ministry of Justice’s decision to register the Communist Reformist Party, the PCRM says in a communiqué, quoted by IPN.

Thus, according to the Chisinau Appeals Court, the decision of the Ministry of Justice of June 23, 2014, concerning the registration of the Communist Reformist Party, will be suspended for the period the case is being examined. “Until a final decision is passed by the court, the activity of Popa’s party is illegal. The so-called ‘Reformists’ do not have the right to use the symbol registered by Ministry of Justice,” says the communiqué.

The Chisinau Appeals Court’s decision is definitive and irrevocable.
