The Head of the European Union Delegation to Moldova Dirk Schuebel Tuesday congratulated personally Mariana Lupu on his appointment as Head of Parliament and assured him that the EU will support and cooperate with Moldova. Dirk Schuebel has told Info-Prim Neo that he wished Marian Lupu to be elected as head of state so that the constitutional stalemate in Moldova is broken and all the necessary reforms are implemented during the next four years. Dirk Schuebel said that he encouraged Marian Lupu to cooperate with the Opposition and consult the Communists Party whenever possible so as to take decisions for the benefit of all the people, including the PCRM’s supporters.
