The Communist Party (PCRM) put forward a censure motion against the Government. Communist MP Iurie Muntean said in Parliament that the executive is corrupt and lost the moral right to govern the country, Info-Prim Neo reports. “Many members of the Government are investigated as suspects or have been charged. The Government was involved in corruption schemes in healthcare, in fiscal and other kinds of schemes. The document was signed by 34 Communist lawmakers,” stated Iurie Muntean. Speaker Marian Lupu said the Government will be informed about the motion, while the MPs are to decide when the document will be debated in Parliament. After the Communist faction made the announcement, the Liberal MPs requested a pause and asked calling a joint meeting with the Democratic and Liberal-Democratic lawmakers.
