The PLDM will not change its candidate for the post of Premier, the leader of the Liberal-Democratic parliamentary group Valeriu Strelet said after the April 10 consultations with President Nicolae Timofti, IPN reports.
“It is up to Mister President to decide when and who to propose for the post of Prime Minister. We didn’t modify our decision. Vlad Filat is our candidate,” said Valeriu Strelet.
He also said that the number of votes needed to confirm the Premier will be most probably identified during discussions and negotiations after the designation.
